  1. Here's something somewhat related. Engine Failure after Inadvertently Being Put Back into Service Incomplete - Aerossurance
  2. Ok, you're on a 3 on/off shift in the Artic, and it's been weathered out for 4 days in camp when your crew change is supposed to happen, and the twin otter can't get in to land at camp....explain for me the magic spell you cast that guarantees that crew change will take place on time? Last time I looked, teleportation isn't real. Or do you mean that you should be looking at the weather, and crew changing out early? Because I don't think the client is going to change their whole schedule around yours when sharing crew change charter flights. Is the cross-shift supposed to give up some of his days off early in that scenario, or is it only your own shift that shouldn't be interrupted? #### happens sometimes.

  4. Not very surprising considering the state of Transport Canada (or the Federal government in general) these days. Flight safety in Canada is plunging: confidential UN agency draft report | National Post
  5. Maybe you have some other grand insights to share.....like setting us know that water is wet, or that it gets dark when the sun goes down? Stupid spam bots

  7. I'm someone who enjoys watching people like you actually needing to take the time to look it up and cut and paste the definition to such a simple word. I mean really....you had to look up the definition of "simpleton"? Lol, Jesus.
  8. Lol, never fails when they can't defend their point anymore.
  9. That wasn't really his point and you know it....clients have been driving standards for years and overall (bar a few extreme examples), in a pretty positive way. Client standards and Insurance underwriters have done more to advance commercial aviation safety than Transport Canada has by orders of magnitude.
  10. That is a really dumb attitude, and a poor job of trying to justify not wanting to do a thing because you just don't want to.
  11. I take it you haven't spent much time flying for oil & gas industry clients the last 20 years?
  12. ...and apparently GreyHorizons already new it's a subscription service.
