  1. You could check the shimming at the hinges. Never had a problem with the silicone seal the ipc calls for.
  2. Could be back in the air in a decent time if they supported their own machine.
  3. Just watch the bell factory courses. Transport Canada only recognizes the airframe side of it. You still need to get further training on the engine from a transport approved facility, for example northern lights, standard aero etc.
  4. You're right with the L4's. You'll also find requirements for 555 in 412 gearboxes.
