I'm pretty sure that's exactly it (and I'm not immune to it either), he actually gets to do what he wants when he wants with a helicopter, rather than trying to squeeze in a bit of fun on somebody else's dime. Plus, you know, the model photo shoots, Stanley Cup, and all that...
