    I've gone back to paper, after losing 3 yrs. of digital entries to a software glitch. Which also rendered the backed up data useless. Older and wiser as they say. Your milage may very.

    No matter which way it goes. I foresee law suites in the future. TC's handling of the whole "restricted category" lacks any consistency, whatsoever. This dates back to VIH importing the Kamov's. I'm sure there are other examples as well, to add fuel to the fire.

    Having spent most of my career flying various birds powered by C20's and C20R's. This doesn't exactly give me a warm fuzzy feeling. If you get my drift. Not to mention that the wheel replacement is "Recommended" at overhaul, NOT mandatory. And if an operator chooses not to replace the wheel at overhaul. And then said wheel fails and kills people. Are they not liable then? What price do you put on a life(s)????

    Horseshoes I seem to recall them having a hole zorched in one of their main rotor blades years ago as well.

    Thank you as well for posting this. As much as I love my 695, My iPad is my Electronic flight bag, gps etc. Transferring my waypoints has been my last bone of contention with Foreflight. That piece of the puzzle is now solved. Thank you once again.

    Used to run CEP then retrofitted (cannibalized) a Lightspeed Delta Zulu headset to fit into my Alpha Eagle. Haven't looked back since.

    The atp is a written test but if I recall in order to write that test. You also have to have passed your huron and inrat written tests with TC within the last year.

    Agreed, Gutted my Alpha Eagle comm's and Mod'd a Lightspeed Delta Zulu headset to fit the Alpha. Only kept the Earcups and mike wires from the DZ. Works like a charm, as long as I don't have any warranty. issues.
