My 5 cents : Maybe , deceived by helicopter brand new pump the diesel fuel, and set it on the shore . The end of the outlet pipe of the reactor was transferred by helicopter and put on it . Remotely to run the pump , and pump water into a reactor . Or you can suck from the tank with boric acid .... at least not have to constantly fly over the reactor ... Andrew
