  1. So wait, let me get something straight you want the operators to tell ESRD what there rates should be? I think that happens once every 3 years and its called bidding contracts. I also believe there is a aster on there for 1300 a hour, 407s there for 1450 a hour, and and wait pretty sure some of the 212's right around the 2000 mark. So now lets go to ESRD with our own rates and see how that works for what we think we should get payed for the aircraft. I can already tell you, the way the markets are and the amount of people I see sitting around fire bases all across Alberta, people will go to the extreme of 200 or 300 dollars less then the rates published to get work. Do i agree with any of the rates, no. But this is the world we live in, and really its no fare off what I see for normal rates on day to day operations.
