I have to humbly apologize for accepting and spreading terrible misinformation. The Campbell 212 pilot lost at Slave Lake now turns out to be a Jean-Luc Deba of Montreal. I guess I should have known better, and I sincerely hope I haven't caused 'Jean Francois Philippe' or his family and friends unnecessary grief.
