I've used WinAir quite a bit. It has several quirks that require some getting used to. The WinAir people are a good source of knowledge, and are always willing to help out. It can get quite complex depending on which "add on" modules you are using with your particular operation. After you get the hang of it, it's a pretty good program. Transport Canada loves it, and they'll love you for using it.
West Point Helicopter Industry Services now has an approved Bell 206 and B206L diferences course available. Transport Canada requires a seperate "L" endorsement for the basic 206 type course. They have a course starting October 12th, 2009. If you need any more info contact www.westpointheli.com
