Bigs, Starting out in Cow town, then through B.C. and back to AB at some point. Hopefully it won't go that far... Thought I left the road trip behind many years and several thousand hours ago, but here I go again. I'm sure it'll be worth it though. Oh, and if I could afford that BMW, I'd be touring the Yukon and Alaska with all those Germans next summer, why work? BB

Just wondering if there are any of you that would have a spot to crash for a night in the Prince Geoge, Terrace, Whitecourt, or Peace River area's? I'll be through around the middle of March and don't take up much room... Would return the favour in the future, if needed. Thanks, BB

Hi all, Just checked with a company in the States that deals in Alpha Helmets and the guy asked if I had heard of the Eagle, apparently an upgrade/replacement of the A 200. It's lighter and with a few other design features. They're the same $$$, so if I can get some info before commintting, I's apprecitate it. I already know it fits very well. Oh, single or dual visor? Thoughts? Thanks again, BB

Our Super just got around to digging our parking lot out... Streets are all still one lane and there are no sidewalks though most of the town, but they're getting to it. BB -
Hope everyone's Ok. BB

So far the biggest difference I see between fixed and fling wing, is that judging by the photos, you all seem to be able to do your mid-life crisis in style!! Nice rides guys. Oh, if they ever need exercise while your out of town.... BB

Guess all those pedal jams in training are worth it. Nice job. RP -
I just did the conversion, and Rotorhead is correct. I only did one hour dual and one hour solo - presto, night endorsment. But it has to be done before the commercial is signed off. Not sure why it would change, but hey TC knows best...

Thanks for all the info. I got a few responses back today, and it supports everything said here. If my buddy comes through, you never know... Anyway, just exploring options to get this conversion well and truely on its way. Thanks again, BB

Just wondering if anyone has gone to Oz on a work permit and found a job, or had one lined up before going over. A freind of mine from there, an old FW buddy, is trying to get me to come down as a good friend of his owns a rotary outfit in Tasmania. I'm in the process of contacting several companies now. The license conversion looks straight forward and the visa shouldn't be an issue either - just wondering how the job hunt is done, good and bad outfits, that sort of thing. Any info would be appreciated. PM if you don't feel like advertising. Thanks, BB
