Practice Exams

Has anyone used the "Canadian Helicopter Pilot Practice Exams" book by Ryan Lindsay?

I have been using it recently to study for the transport exam and I think I have found quite a few errors in this book.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this as well.

Yup, I found those and we sacked the preafrooder - if you let me have your address I will send you a new one. If you could let me have a note of what you found, I will also make sure they are the same ones!

Thanks for the feedback Spydr, we're striving to make this book the best and errors are not acceptable. If you could also send me a note on the errors you found I'll correct my files for future revisions.

On this point, I must extend grateful thanks to Winnie (and his students!) for all their help so far They found typos and stuff, to be sure, but also made some useful suggestions for the next edition which looks like it will be out sooner than we think!

 

And Winnie has another good suggestion for an IR exam prep book - watch this space....

Aviation World haven't got their stocks in yet, but you can get it direct from www.electrocution.com/aviation - you will also get the latest edition if you wait until Friday PM!

When do you think Aviation World will get some in. They are just down the road from me so it would be really easy to stop in.
