Mike Reyno
Thought I would give you all a heads-up. Clearwater Fine Foods in Halifax is looking for a helicopter pilot/engineer. They are getting a Bell 427 in March. They also just bought a Challenger 604, have a King Air 350 and Hawker 800XP. I did a story on their flight department a few years ago - great bunch of guys, and a good company to work for. Any of those looking for additional info can PM me. Mike Reyno
They are in the process, or have already moved into the Execaire hangar - needed more room.
Guest CHEVY II
RH...They are still in the same hangar for now, buffing and polishing that brand new Challenger. There new home is just getting the finishing touches. Sometime in March maybe. Although it is somewhat cramped with their machines...I think they were getting annoyed with me having them drag them outside so I could the Jetbox out of the back of the barn... Honestly...I think they are moving to avoid me . They allready have enough polishing to do without having to clean up my paw prints and drool all over that shiny
frenchwrench
NS has to be the only province with a totally private helicopter fleet...
Rotorhead
Yes, the ratio of private to commercial operaters here is pretty high. Looks like a nice aircraft, but the corporate life is not for everyone. Any idea what the machine will be used for? Golf trips, etc?
