AHhh, the good ol' vertical forums. I don't post often enough but i sure do enjoy reading em'

Thank you very much everyone for some more insight. 4961......that's an awesome list of rules to live by. I've printed them off and put em into circulation in the hanger. Thanks for taking the time to write that up. This forum is a great place for these kinds of inquiries. This topic of conversation started more out of interest than anything else. I like everyone else out there has either jumped or been pushed into the deep end of the pool a few times. Maybe now I've learned to start asking questions before hand.

Take care folks

We were sitting around in the lodge after diner, and my pilot, who is one of the best drivers I have ever seen put it into this perspective. One of the quest came up to us and was thanking the pilot for a great day of skiing and really trying to butter him up comment on how great his flying is and what a special day they had becasue he was driving. This was really embarassing (as most drivers I know would be by these comments) Finally the quest mentioned that he was the most important part of his skiing experiance. My pilot replied "you know what is the most important part of the operation?" The quest said it was having a great pilot at the helm. My pilot replied " The most important thing in any ski operation is.....

fuel." The quest was stunned, but the rest of us got it.
