Stop me if you heard it.

three pilots are standing around drinking coffee and talking about the other topic pilots talk about.......sex.

First one asks "how much of sex is fun and how much is work?"

Next guy says " 50/50"

Last one says " nah its more like 25 work 75 fun".

Engineer working on a machine nearby walks over and says " you're both wrong. Its 100 percent fun because if there was any work to do you guys would call me in to do it".

QUOTE: Why is just one person that seems to do the work and the others sit on there rear drinking coffee all day.

Sadly, that is just a part of human nature.

Thankfully it is only a small part. Not all humans are like that.

I suspect your company should be doing a better job of choosing which humans to hire.

I know I wouldn't get away with that crap at my hangar.....

Well folks, It seems that the Take Care of Number One attitude, supercedes (Es pri de corps), besides I overheard one owner say (Pilots and Engineers cost me money.)

Garbage IN, Garbage Out & You get what you pay for, if PEOPLE feel abused, they will not do any more than required. How does the Employees Contract Read?

I like to think I am part of a TEAM of Avation professionals however, some are to busy finding fault.

Thank You,

Just a Pilot.
