The Solar powerplant they are offering to install is what the crane uses (APP), to power up the electrics, hydraulics, and for starting the aircraft........it is a very reliable and low cost turbine to run.

 

Never thought I would see it used for something like this.. :shock:

I've seen a Mini 500 with that powerplant in it in Florida, looked cool, sounded cooler. I didn't fly it on the grounds that it had even less blade inertia than a double deuce
