I've always thought the ideal job to fill in those helicopter slack times is grow "grass" in the summer and run a house of ill-repute during the winter. I tried it once but went broke as I ended up eating the profits. :D

 

I'm thinking you could roll your house of ill repute and grow operation into one big crime syndicate. Think big!
