Wow! Ya go away for a few days.....Sorry I was working.

HF's last rant was so over the top that it was creepy. The worse thing you could do is wish someone on this forum death by helicopter. You are clearly out of your mind, and for that I feel sorry for you. But then again...who cares? Everyone has problems and at least the general public won't be wasting time looking up to the sky wondering if there is a psycho up there. NO ONE is ever going to let you fly their machine. Even if you can hold it together for the interview, you probably have hands of stone and won't cut the mustard. Good riddance, and the bleeding hearts and artists (Pink Floyd) can go spin.

Enough navel gazing everyone and get back to work.

Max

WOW, usually this time of year, I have helped place at least a few pilots in various flying or ground crew jobs, this year squat. I have been getting calls almost daily from seasoned vets including HF looking for anything. Sad to say there is not much to tell them. But what I do tell them is to keep there head up, study for the PPC, get your first aid, H2S, D.G. air and ground, update the resume, be prepared and get a construction job in the meantime. Times are tough through no fault of our own, I currently work at a company that only 4 months ago had over 33 pilots, about 8 ground crew, about 10 app. eng and alot of engineers, and a full compliment of office staff. Well lets just say there is about a 80% cut across the board. And the future so far is not looking good. Remember folks, we are ALL just 3 months away from foreclosure, and I know alot of people (pilots) r there already.. Oh yes, FYI, HF is in a crap motel on the island with 2 kids and no money for food, so how the Funk do you think he feels, I will help him as much as I can, why? Cause he would do the same for me, as would most pilots I have worked beside in the field. Funny, mostly none of those pilots visit this forum, anymore anyway. Good luck.

Sigh.

If being sane was a job requirement most of the pilots I know would be grounded.

You have to be a bit crazy to do this work.

Wait.....whats that dripping sound?????

Oh never mind.....it's just my heart. Or maybe one of my hemorrhoids.

Its the OLD story. The flying is the easiest part. You need trust, good attitude and some sort of work ethic along with several other qualities. So he can fly ??? Big Deal !!!
