For folks operating the 206 isn't there a supplement with doors off that reduces max weight to 3000lbs?

The doors off just reduces your VNE on a jetranger.

 

Maybe you are thinking of a 500 where the doors off VNE is based on the gross weight.

As per 206B FMS-24

 

With one, all or any combination of forward or aft doors off, your weight limitation is 3200lbs.

 

It's only a factor if you were taking advantage of the 3350lb limit allowed for external loads.

 

For the 206BIII, you can go all the way to 3350lb for external loads with any combination of doors off. (Rev. 8 pg 1-3)
