I just wanted to thank everyone for their thoughts and kind words during this difficult time.

 

Right now we are still largely in the dark with regards to what happened on that fateful evening.

 

We have heard reports of mechanical failure but nothing conclusive at this juncture. If you guys hear anything credible could you please pm me as it would lend a hand to the closure of things.
