Don't want to hijack this thread..... but how did you ever find an "o" with 2 dots over it ??

Just curious :D:D

An accident!!! <_< hit the o then the quotation mark twice WITHOUT hitting the space bar! I think, not sure!!

Somewhere in the past I recall that if you flew for X number of hours ie transporting passengers to a site - be it RW or FW then took a crew rest - motel room, or in the case of where I worked - a round of golf paid for by hte company inlieu of the motel costs- it would extend the duty day by the amount of time taken for the crew rest.

Of course this was in the corporate world and the golf really Pi***ed off us working guys who would depart the a/c, fix other ones until the crew returned then de-snag etc their a/c.

No golf during work hours for the maintenance crew :(

I think that the Flt & Duty time program from Eric Bradley provides for split duty days but I'm not sure of the rules that go with this.

As BR notes, unless you're really off duty, ie. not on call, then you're duty day clock should be ticking.

Cheers . . . .
