Moved New Forum Layout

It says it has been moved. What topic name is it moved under. I added this reply today and don't see what topic description it is now under.

 

Ok so what went wrong. I it hide a couple day's ago and it did hide the top picture. Now today the picture is back and i can hit hide but every time i go back or pick another topic the picture comes back on.

If you click on the topic title it will take you to where it has been moved to which is Comments, Suggestions and Feedback.
