MMike
So I was looking at an AS350 fuel cap the other day.....pretty rudimentary. For an aircraft that costs several million bucks, you'd think you'd have I dunno....a hinge or a quick pop open latch or something? At least a lanyard? why are they so low-end? round lake
The other question is why didn't they put it on the other side of the machine, so its the same side as the pilot. It would make it so much easier to keep an eye on your low time re-fuelers to make sure that they put the cap back on.
