Hollywood I've wondering the same thing. Haven't been shown the entire season to date.

Only two things have changed, we had a change of wx come through and Forestry might have been covering their bases by prepositioning some heavy metal inanticapation of massive lightening, although it was not forcast.

 

More likely, read the storey below, and I beleive PEP might have prepostioned these guys in anticapation of a major flood and rescue operation.
