Just to make sure there is no misunderstanding on my post here, this is NOT a critic of today's engineer or future engineer.

Hellz yeah we are dedicated! Just the other day I swapped out a main rotor pitch link in flight....the rod end bearings were just approaching wear limits but I wanted to be proactive.

 

Yeah that's how we roll. ;)

That's nuttin!! Try what I did last week. Changed a 747 wing assy on a flight between Melfort and Nipiwan, SK. The big problem was transfering the engines over to the new wing!! :D:D
