belly_hooker
Hey All, I have recently gone out on my own as a contractor. I am sure finding it hard, if not impossible, to find anyone who will cover me for the flying aspect of my life. I have been offered a plan where it is with the exception of anything to do with aviation or any aviation related disabilities. I have asked if I lose my medical if that is considered disability, but they will only look at it as a case by case. Does anyone know and insurer who will cover me?! While flying? Is there an association or group in Canada I can join where they have a group plan where the aviation clause is waived? Loss of medical, licence? I pay my own WCB. How much does WCB take care of? I know I am not the first in this position and it is ridiculous that none of the Insurance salesman want to help.... Thanks in advance!
