Best thing i every did -3.75 both eyes. As far as transport goes. there web site is very help full. They are open to this technology and the form i had to get filled out by the surgeon is for there own study. Couldn't fly for 3month and this varies a per procedure. When i got my medical back the only question i was asked is if i could read the chart on the wall. Bamm got the stamp good good to go.
