with Niagara and an american company running tours around there, and countless military planes buzzing by daily, there isn't much complaining about noise.

Even the god aweful noisy 407 is barely an annoying drone in the air over the roar of the falls.

 

So I highly doubt there would be any noise complaints over that.

 

Heck the sound of camera shutters taking pics of the event probably made more noise.
