hey maxtorc Nope I work for a VFR companie in the interior but I did look at that companie when I came back to B.C but didn't wan't to get caught in the cojo seat heard some cool things about the 76s though,also heard that helijet also got the contract for EMS but thats probably a year or so ago now

sorry mtnhopper, was trying to find out if maybe we had worked there at the same time, I spent most of my time at the rainbow base. had to move along as couldn't take the b.s from the man now heading up mustang, I am sure the french connection didn't realize what they were getting when they inherited him!! The word I'm looking for is "KARMA"

Speaking of the French connection and the whole Seismic buyout thing I hear that Airborne is currently violating the agreement not to do seismic with turbine ships just piston, a little birdy told me they have 2 Astars and 2 44's working on a big seismic program south of Grande Prairie. Boy did they ever manage to pull the wool over someones eyes.

twinstar no turbine on Seismic was part of the non-compete clause they signed when they sold off the Money Losing Seismic division to Mustang, they are however allowed to do seismic with the 44's and 22's.

DTII - Do you know for sure that it was because they lost money with seismic or is that just a rumor that you heard and thought you might pass along?I have two friends working on the Airborne job you are speaking of and know the details so before you start spreading more rumors you might want to double check your facts. :down:
