Suspect Use Of A Machine

So what do you think of the guy riding on the ski basket in flight, (around 1:15) and then jumping off (towards the end)

 

(Looks like a pretty cool video though!)

 

I just watched the video, its out on iTunes now. Awesome awesome awesome video if you are into snowboarding, helicopters, sleds and guns!

 

Looks like they lift the guy on the basket right to the top.

Another shot of a BA iced up on top of a cliff... had to tie down the front of the skid tubes/hold it down so he could shut down and chip the ice off the blades.. Not a good situation!

By far the best snowboard video out to date... Yes, some very "extreme flying".... and some amazing flying. In my opinion, the pilot dealt with the icing situation you are referring to very well. He shut down, secured the machine, dealt with the ice and got out when he could. Note that he left on his own, so as to not put anyone but himself at risk, and he picked up the passengers at a better location. Would you not have done the same?

 

I absolutely agree, was only stating it was a ****** situation!
