It was no house cleaning! It was a mass exodus. The real cause CRAP wages and unrealistic rotations..

 

To be expected when the mentality of management is that the quality of pilots from Quebec is way better compared to the western guys so why pay them more... ??? Undoubtedly they will fill the seats with those better experieced Qweebec pilots.....**** send em off the rocks with a 150LL... Cant wait to see what happens. :shock:

Yeah why insult pilots from any part of the country? we all have a job to do regardless of where we fly! Although I live and work in the west one of the toughest areas I have ever flown in was northern Labrador an area where lots of 'Quebec" pilots fly! quit being so ignorant Pilot5 have you never heard the quote "it is better to be silent and thought the fool than to speak/type and remove all doubt"
