The reason for the mass exodus at Mustang has everything to do with managements mentality that pilots are easily replaced.. And therefore lets keep the wages at the lowest possible... rotation too long? conditions to crap.. Too bad...As long as people like Overtalk continune to support this type of management style the there will be turnover.. Don't see it happening at some of the good companies... That's because nobody ever or rarely quits!!! As long as pilots will do anything just to fly or the "work for free" mentality and willingly permit the standard unlubricated anal assault from time to time... There will never be ant improvement... Flyimg conditions in the East and West are very different.. Nuf said on that.... As far as being able to fly.. Have no fuccking clue what I am doing....!! To be expected when the mentality of management is that the quality of pilots from Quebec is way better compared to the western guys so why pay them more... ??? And "pilot5" flying is different everywhere you go east west north south etc.... the only thing that stays the same is your tired old rant about how hard done by you are, aren't you a "test pilot" now for one of the manufacturers?
