For you guys that live by airmanship and common sense...... Let's not forget that altitude and airspeed are your friends. Don't fly lower than you have to. For you guys that live by the rules..... Here is the first rule of the "General Rules" section, "Reckless or Negligent Operation of Aircraft 602.01 No person shall operate an aircraft in such a reckless or negligent manner as to endanger or be likely to endanger the life or property of any person". (.....yep, that includes people on the ground or in the air). For you guys that are professional pilots and make a career of flying every day in the mountains and/or over cities..... Helicopters are a tool, not a toy, so handle them accordingly.
