:P Stupid question, but you guys in the know, when I write my HIRAT and HAMRA/HARON, do I still need to write the individual type rating exam, or is that covered under the HAMRA/HARON?

Just wondering, and won't be a problem, since it will be covered, but it is after all another exam, even though it is only what, $35?

Cheers all

Edit: Obviously only wrote the subject to pass 300 messages :D:D:D

the hamra haron and two crew PPC must be completed all within 24 months no exception, the PPC must also be a valid two crew ride. ie. the ride cannot be in a 212 for the purpose of a VFR PPC, Your PPC must have two pilots and entail a IFR flight with two approaches one precision and one non precision. with that said transport doesn't seem to be clear of all of this as I had completed the exams and ride all across Canada some my file was spread out. When it came down to issue the licence that was a bureacratic nightmare. this was not so long ago but who knows, things might have changed and it could be smoother now. Just remember that you have to have them all done within a 24 month period or do them again!!
