Why do French machine blades rotate the opposite direction from North American Machines? Who decided one way was better than the other? ray Posted September 1, 2012 Report Share Posted September 1, 2012 I was told many years ago, that after lots of studies, it was determined that it was more natural to push right pedal forward when lifting the collective with the left hand than to push left pedal forward.
