I can confirm there has been a change in ownership. I can confirm it took place back in October. I won't say who the new owners are though.

Ok, Ledcor bought Summit (former Trinity) and Woodbuffalo and i have seen Ops Mobil, is that a new company or is that what Gemini became? Universal has been sold to some Native holding company, Northern Air Support bought by Discovery Air I think, lots of changes.

If anyone has looked at the 2013 Operators guide from Vertical, it's very out of date, there are companies in there that don't even exist any more.

Gemini bought Airborne from Nabors, then somewhere in the process the new entity became OpsMobil. Not sure if OpsMobil existed before Gemini and absorbed them or if the new gemini/airborne brand was renamed OpsMobil.
