I see that Flight Safety is sending surveys to the mining and oil companies in Canada to ask about their safety risks, and I gather to drum up business for themselves. The major concern is the cost, $US18000.00 plus all auditors cost. To me this is excessive considering That an ISO Audit is half the price and it is a International recognised certification

They have been pushing it here in Australia and I get the impression that they think it is the be all and end all of aviation audits along with Hart.

 

Just see what other operators and pilot views on this as they are now pushing it around our industry and some operators will be required to pay for it themselves. .
