As part of the "Red Tape Reduction Action Plan": Transport Canada would like to solicit your feedback on the effectiveness of its regulatory interpretation practices including its recently posted regulatory interpretation policy. Please fill out the form below and send it back to us by March 27, 2015 at carrac@tc.gc.ca. By your completion of this questionnaire, the effectiveness of the departmental regulatory interpretation policy can be assessed and improvements made.
