15 years in and the worst I've seen. A guy asked me the other day "Are all these companies getting paid to sit here?" I said "No they're on spec so they wait their turn to get hired and the loudest meanest one bullies his way to the top even though he was hired just a couple days ago." He says " That's how I get my help at the home Depot for labour on my winter home in Palm Springs" How true is that? We are a disgrace of a profession. Good thing it's glamorous!!!! LOL!
