Found a pic of the Roberts Aircraft hangar in Victoria. Has a 206 on low gear in it.

Cheap, all materials including motor and gear box locally available, with a crane, one person can manufacture and install in one day. (14 hours)

 

Works very well, lasts a long time!

 

By the way, from looking at that photo, that door appears to b e one piece, vice bi-fold.
