don't know the company personally BUT, i know they did give one or two of the "lower time" FO's at helijet a break into the bush world........

Examples abound of guys that couldn't get jobs any more starting their own companies. Not saying this is one, but the rep alluded to above demands caution. :shock:

I heard they have a lot of turnaround.......so thee must be someone with a bit more insight......how is compensation and the state of the machines( re maintenance)

I know the guy who works on the Koalas, he's back for his 6th year of abuse. (Contract.)

 

Maintenance is good, and he says Mr JB treats him well. Pay is good.

 

I know Mr JB, and I personally wouldn't work for him again, but for him, it works out well.

I guess it all depends on what type of person you are, if your one of the many whiney pilots I know of, that have the world by the balls and still complain about everything or your willing to go head first into an adventure, Which in my eyes is what its all about. Some things work for some, others it doesnt.

My piece of advice is, ask the questions but don't judge the company by those responses that are givin. Make your own decision and judgement.

Best advice I've heard in a long time on this venue, without the overlong statements of psychological profiling by some individuals.
