To Simpleton and Tough Times:

I am not "shilling my wares", however it is in response to AMPM first's post asking for availability of help.

Mr. Green actually does not participate on this forum.

It is a solution to those operators whom are going to have trouble fulfilling to get this mandate from TC completed and implemented by Jan. 31/19. 

Trying to be pro-active and help out the industry, if operators do not have it completed and all their active crews trained they will be in violation.

Long story short download a copy of AC 700-042, read completely and look at the complexity,  just trying to help that's all.
