Class 4 Instructor Exams - HIRAF and FIREN

Wondering if has anyone has recently written the HIRAF and FIREN exams for a Class 4 Instructor Rating? I am planning to pursue an instructor rating soon and I'm looking for any helpful study material in addition to the study and reference guides provided from TC. Any feed back would be great!

Online ground school at https://www.pilottraining.ca/ works pretty good. There's certain aspects that are done for fixed wing but the majority of the content is good and in an easy to use layout. With a few practice exams available.

Know the flight training manual and instructor manual (particularly the first half) and know your instruments, particularly VOR and ADF (god knows why) and compass errors and that stuff

Whomever is recommending you should be able to fill in all the gaps
