16 currently registered in Canada. It seems that this AD only affects certain engines. MAG, any idea how many engines are out there worldwide that require attention?

After the release of the TC AD I contacted the FAA regarding the AD, I was told that they were a little slower in releasing the document but as of this afternoon I received the e-mail prior to it going on their site so here it is......

http://www.airweb.faa.gov/Regulatory_and_G...BD?OpenDocument

****, no worse that the 250-C18 "Blue Ribbon" engines prior to the installation of the two and a half bearing or the Jet Ranger "widow makers" tossing blades..........ah, those were the days. That will teach Bell to use a cheaper vendor for making wire for the TT straps, used 7 miles of wire and not 9. Now if only they kept the old orange garlock seals for the freewheel instead of speedi sleeves and the 406 seals for the forward cap assembly.
