Mandates were then put in place by the federal government, which would not only impact the lives (in more ways than one) of aviators, but that of every person living upon the Land, known as Canada.

All GOVERNMENTS within CANADA, systematically began campaigns involving outright coercion; an  act of intimidation, through the use of psychological pressure, such as fear, and anxiety, thanks to the mainstream media - also intentionally and unlawfully, restraining and or prohibiting (travel), our inalienable Rights and Freedoms.

The federal government, and its 'agencies' (divisions), intentionally created situations, whereby many, especially our aviators, were immediately put into positions of duress. For aviators, this meant having to accept being injected (unknowingly for many of them - but the governments knew), with an experimental drug, thus then, becoming test subjects for the manufacturers of these "experimental COVID-19 vaccines," which were NOT APPROVED, but were only AUTHORIZED, under Emergency Use Authorization only.

All "COVID-19 vaccines" were still undergoing clinical trials, even up to today, or as Transport Canada prefers; MEDICAL TRIALS.  

If any of Canada's aviators refused these "COVID-19 vaccines," and or, could not provide 'proof' of having had these injections, their employers would place them on 'unpaid leave.'

TRANSPORT CANADA would not even allow these aviators access into airports. In other words, they were 'blacklisted' by the regulatory aviation agency of CANADA.

Just as many doctors in Canada have been blacklisted (sanctioned by their regulatory agencies), some losing their 'licences,' their Right to a livelihood, their Right to continue being doctors, simply for speaking out as doctors should, about Severe Adverse Reactions (including many deaths), and in coincidence of having been recently injected with a "COVID-19 vaccine" - so too are many of Canada's lawyers, who are afraid to speak out, afraid to take on clients (believe it or not), to represent claims for their harms by these 'experimental COVID-19 vaccines.'

Thankfully there are some lawyers, brave enough to have taken on the fight of representing some of those that have been harmed, in more ways than one, by all of the illegal "COVID-19 Mandates" put in place, by all the governments within CANADA.

The legal system, is typically an organization wherein, the processes are slow and dragged out, costing thousands of dollars to pursue, but this is where a 'class action law suit' makes it easier for those involved to bear the costs.

Have faith that justice will prevail, it did during the suit against Big Tobacco - and the "COVID-19" science that CANADA'S governments keep speak of, that they are following, is nothing but more tobacco science.

Numbers? Research to back up these claims? Since some regions in Canada have among the highest rates of vaccination in the world, we should be seeing an epidemic of adverse reactions related to the vaccine and hospitals overwhelmed with such patients. People can have adverse reactions to all kinds of medications and vaccines. How do these adverse reactions compare to all other vaccines (and other medications) and historical statistics?

 From the above page, it states 319 reported post covid vaccine deaths in Canada, of which 103 have been found unlikely to be vaccine related. That leaves 216 reported deaths, some still under investigation. I don't know how this compares to other vaccines, medication, or medical treatments. Given the number of doses given so far in Canada (82,000,000), it feels like a pretty low number. 36,000 have died of COVID in Canada. Is there modelling to show the potential number of deaths without the vaccines?

I think a comparison is absolutely needed for context to determine if the adverse effects of COVID vaccines are an outlier. The 216 possible related deaths in Canada compare how to other medical interventions? And per dose or treaments given? Is 216 deaths high compared to other medical treatments? Low? I'm curious. No medical intervention is 100% effective so all will have adverse side effects.

Your VAERS stats are from the USA. I searched the VAERS database and it showed 13,066 deaths related/reported from COVID vaccines from what I searched. It showed 18,200 deaths for all vaccines (don't know if that includes COVID vaccines).

 

I suppose the ultimate question is have more deaths/hospitalizations been averted by the vaccines than would have occurred without the vaccines?

I do know that the ONTARIO MINISTRY OF HEALTH is doing some very questionable things with their reporting, and perhaps they too will soon be having to answer for it.

They are grouping 'unvaccinated' (not having had the Jab at all - no doses), in with those that have actually had the "COVID-19 vaccine."
