Sounds like a similar accident to the one Wood Buffalo (Aurora) helicopters had a while back: https://www.tsb.gc.ca/eng/rapports-reports/aviation/2013/a13w0070/a13w0070.html

Hope for a speedy recovery to all.

There is huge difference..... Wood Buffalo had 2 fatalities.

Delta had ONLY injuries.

I am sure the Delta pilot is thankful he did not take anyone's life.

The Wood Buffalo pilot gave his life......R.I.P.

IMO... this is a poor comparison.

Any word on what happened?

There is nothing official..... just the usual rumors....

I personally want to wait for the TSB report to be released because saying anything without the facts is not fair to those who are involved.

People were hurt....... we should not guess at what happened....

I wish them all the very best with their recoveries.... just glad there was no fatalities.
