Vermouth ---- I know "where you are coming from", but as long as I have been in this business, both R/W and F/W, there has been an abundance of foreigners. It's not a new condition at all and if anything, there are more Canadians gainfully employed off-shore now than there were eons ago. Most of that pertains to changes in general, but years ago there weren't helicopter IFR positions to go off-shore for either......because there wasn't any helicopter IFR. Perhaps all these happenings gives older guys like myself a more temperate view on things and the issue doesn't therefore look as black and white as it appears to be to younger folks that never witnessed that change, as subtle as it was in retrospect.
