Guido...If it is the timing of finishing your training, and being able to get the first job...I would suggest that there is a bigger picture in the job hunt. Looking for the first job, whether it is a flying job or a ramp job...it's best to start making connections a long time before you've finished your license. Start making more connections (obviously you already have some with the heli ski thing...but you never know which conncection is going to work out) and focus on the timing of finishing the training in the spring.

 

From a training stand point...what you are doing will probably serve you better... a big gap in the training will only cost you more$$$$
