Any details on what happened? I just left that job last Friday... there were about seven mediums and 5 Astars all working in a pretty tight area... anyway, it's great that the driver's alright...

The machine had a mechanical failure, but the driver was able to get rid of the drill and pile it in to the ground.

The helicopter sustained some damage, but the pilot only bit his lip.

The info was passed to me from a friend, so I don't feel like it's my place to mention names. I do know the pilot, and he obviously did a great job putting the helicopter down away from his drillers and walking away himself.
