Helifor Accident

Well i just got off the phone with a friend that works for Helifor and he gave me the names of the 2 pilots involved in the accident.One I didnt know and the other,well he was one of the most professional pilots I have had the pleasure of working with and this is a very sad loss.

 

My heart felt sorrow goes out to all the families involved.

Why do losses in aircraft seem to go deeper than deaths in other vehicles?

 

I guess it must be because we fly because we want to , and we drive because we have to.
