rest assured the good Lord has welcomed these two fine gentlemen with open arms... their hard work & devotion over the years (to the betterment of the lives of others) will undoubtedly serve them well in the afterlife... their families can now celebrate professional careers dedicated to the service of others that many would envy... i only wish that i had the benefit of their acquaintance...

 

May the road rise to meet you...

May the wind be always at your back...

May the rain fall soft upon your fields...

And until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

We filmed in Marystown 4 days this summer and we used that pad more than once.

It is a beautiful spot up high over the ocean but a tough area for alternates.

A bald eagle was gliding the coast there.

 

My heart goes out to the families.

Sounds like they both made it out after impact. Do they were immersion suits out there? Might want to look into it if they don't.

man, that sucks.. to survive the original impact and then get lost in the afterevent.. one can't help but wonder why the ELT didn't set off...
