As did I (155 hrs Certified Flight Instrructor AND Instrument Instrtructor). The problem in the states is the training is OK, but the areas and the conditions are mostly not what you expect to see here in Canada.

 

Is this dedal too good to be true? probably, but certainly a way of getting a foot in the door.
